The analysis of change is provided in order to enable authorities to identify the major causes of their RNF and grant changes. For this reason the service block and sub-block percentage changes are based on the total adjusted 2006/07 RNFs for each authority and not service block RNFs. This means that the individual percentage changes can be added together to give the overall percentage increase for the authority.
Please note that the percentage changes are displayed to 1 decimal place only. For this reason the sum of the percentage changes may not exactly add to the total.
